7-Day Easy Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Mizaaj Attire purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return window: You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Please have your order number ready.

How to return:

1. Message us on WhatsApp at 03061858365 with your order number and reason.
2. We’ll confirm and share return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and send it back as instructed.

Refunds & exchanges: We’ll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. Refunds go to your original payment method or as store credit. For Cash on Delivery orders, we’ll confirm the refund method on WhatsApp. Exchanges depend on stock.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll fix it at no cost to you.

Return shipping: Customers pay for change-of-mind returns. We cover it for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
